What happens if the weather isn't great?
Your safety always comes first. If sea conditions aren't right for the experience we want to give you, we reschedule your sail or process a full refund — your choice.
Do you offer hotel pickup?
Yes — complimentary from Flamingo, Potrero, Conchal and Brasilito. Tamarindo and Papagayo on request.
Is it suitable for kids and families?
Absolutely. Our shared sailings are family-friendly, kids 5–12 sail at reduced rates and infants 0–4 sail free. Life vests in all sizes on board.
What's the difference between shared and private?
Shared means joining a small group at a per-person rate. Private means the catamaran is exclusively yours — your group, your pace, your playlist. Same crew, same gourmet kitchen on both.
Where is the meeting point?
Marina Flamingo, Guanacaste. We pick you up at your hotel and take you all the way to the catamaran.
